Cloudistics was named a Finalist today in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries category in the 13th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

More than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 45 nations, were evaluated in this year’s competition. In all, an organization’s operations depend on Cloudistics to function. Since July 2017, Cloudistics has grown by 1000% and a large part of the growth is the approach and service our customer success team delivers to our customers.

“Customers don’t expect to have the experience they receive from our team,” said Dan Mroz, VP of Worldwide Marketing at Cloudistics. “It’s the culture here at Cloudistics, persistence and commitment to customer success is a core attribute of what makes our organization and product so unique. We could not be more excited for our customer success teams, as they are at the heart of what differentiate us the most in the market.”

“The 2019 judges were very impressed by the caliber of this year’s nominations, which set another record for this competition. The quality of the accomplishments outlined in every Finalist nomination was remarkable,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “We look forward to announcing the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements in Las Vegas next month.”

“We are very proud of this nomination as working day in and day out with our customers drives us all here at Cloudistics,” continued Mroz.
